Leaking WC traced to a corroded supply

Floor taken up to reach the pipework, then put back properly — boards, membrane, tiles and a new vanity.

Ideal Logic Max C30 fitted and commissioned, a new stainless cylinder in place of the old copper one, and every radiator pulled and flushed.
